Privacy Policy

1. Commitment to Privacy

Ozian360 (ABN: 86 402 419 664) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal and business information. Although small business operators under $3M annual turnover are generally exempt from the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Ozian360 voluntarily adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as a baseline cybersecurity best practice.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information directly submitted by you via our contact form or direct email communications:

  • Full name and business title
  • Business email address
  • Website URL and business name
  • Operational bottlenecks and project requirements submitted in messages
  • Technical metadata collected automatically for security verification (IP address and Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot tokens)

We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Web traffic analytics are collected via privacy-first, cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics.

3. Purpose and Use of Information

Collected information is used exclusively to:

  • Evaluate website speed, infrastructure health, and security posture for requested video teardowns
  • Communicate with you regarding consulting proposals and technical implementations
  • Maintain operational security and prevent spam or automated denial-of-service attacks

We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties.

4. Cross-Border Data Disclosures (APP 8)

In accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8, we disclose that your submitted form data is transmitted and processed through the following secure global infrastructure providers:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States / Global Edge): Web application firewall, DNS, edge compute isolates, and Turnstile bot protection.
  • Resend, Inc. (United States): Secure transactional email delivery API used to route lead notifications to our Melbourne inbox.
  • Zoho Corporation (Australia / Global): Business email hosting and secure record retention.

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.

5. Data Retention & Breach Notification

Inquiry data is retained only for the duration of the commercial relationship or as required by Australian tax law. In the unlikely event of an unauthorised data access incident affecting personal information, Ozian360 voluntarily participates in the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, promptly alerting impacted parties and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
